4 Foods That Make You Hungry

Cookies, Crackers, Croissants - Processed carbs tend to cause hunger to rebound. Whole-grain snacks like air popped popcorn is a great choice.

Alcohol - Booze actually spikes your appetite!

Cereal - Lucky Charms and Fruit Loops are high in sugar and little else. Look for fiber and protein in something like Kashi Go Lean

"Diet" Foods - Some of those Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine meals don't have enough calories for one meal and definitely not enough fruits or vegetables. I do however like to use these meals for dinner, since lunch should be the biggest meal of your day anyways. Metabolism slows down after about 4pm, and a low calorie dinner is best.
